Programme for Exchanges and Collaborations for Developing Countries is a fellowship program by UNTBLDC-TWAS-ICGEB South-North that offers financial aid to scientists from LDCs who hold a Master’s Degree or PhD Degree to enable them undertake a six months science-based research at ICGEB Laboratories in Trieste, Italy.

Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for this fellowship program, applicants must:
° be a maximum age of 45 years on 31 December of the application year
